Network Facilitator

Meet Julie Hall. In partnership with GraceFull Foundation, Julie serves as the Change the Trend Network Facilitator, guiding weekly gatherings and cultivating community amongst service providers.

Julie serves as the Program Manager for Community Development and Advocacy with GraceFull Foundation based in Littleton, CO. She brings a deep level of expertise in fostering social change through community-building, rooted in the lived experiences of the most vulnerable members of a community.
She has served as the Network Facilitator for Change the Trend since January, 2024. If you participate in the network, she’ll be the one to guide you!
